Service Description
This session takes your yoga practice to the next level through a deeply supportive and restorative experience. You will be guided through restorative and yin yoga postures specifically curated for your individual needs and concerns. Hot stones are incorporated to encourage deep relaxation, support circulation, and help reduce muscle tension. Throughout the long-held postures, Reiki energy is administered to help release stagnant energy and support chakra balance. The session concludes with hot stones placed over the body, a soothing gemstone facial, and a Reiki healing experience to allow the body to fully absorb the benefits of the session and gently release what no longer serves you. Combining Reiki with restorative yoga creates a powerful, holistic practice that supports deep relaxation, energetic balance, and embodied healing.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a Reiki session or other appointment based session, 48 hour notice is required. Failure to cancel with this notice means that you forfeit your Payment as a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule and do so before or at 48 hour notice your fee will transfer to your next scheduled session within 6 months or you will receive a refund. After 6 months your payment is forfeit as a service fee. It is your responsibility to reschedule your appointment. Refunds for sessions are at the discretion of Bee the Light Wellness and it's owner. There are no refunds after services are provided. If you book and cancel without notice or rescheduling 3 times you will be blocked from making appointments as respect to my time and other clients who would have booked your slot.
