Before you embark on this transformative journey, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions that govern our services. These terms are designed to ensure a harmonious and respectful experience for all our clients. By engaging in our multitude of sessions, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined herein. We value your presence and commitment to your own healing, and we are dedicated to providing a space that supports your spiritual journey. Terms and Conditions for All Services or Group Events
To cancel any Healing session, reading, or other appointment-based session, 48-hour notice is required. Failure to cancel with this notice means that you forfeit your payment as a cancellation fee.
If you need to reschedule and do so before or at 48-hour notice, your fee will transfer to your next scheduled session within 3 months, or you will receive a refund. After 3 months, your payment is forfeit as a service fee. It is your responsibility to reschedule your appointment.
Refunds for sessions are at the discretion of Bee the Light Wellness and its owner.

There are no refunds after services are provided.

If you book and cancel without notice or rescheduling 3 times, you will be blocked from making appointments, as respect to my time and other clients who would have booked your slot. Thank you for understanding.

Terms & Conditions for All Trainings
Training classes are for individuals who are serious about taking this training. There are no refunds or transfers to other services.
If there is a death in the family or hospitalization, you will receive a full refund.
If there is another type of emergency, then your payment will go towards another Group or 1:1 training up to 1 year. After that year, your payment is forfeit as a service fee for lack of follow-through and for my time of preparation for the class and ordering your materials.

Scope of Services & Client Responsibility
Elizabeth Kirby Powell and Bee the Light Wellness, LLC offer Reiki healing, Akashic and tarot readings, past life regressions, spiritual mentorship, trainings, educational workshops and group healing events and related energy work (the "Services") for the purpose of personal growth, self-reflection, and spiritual exploration. These Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional counseling care, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed. Your results depend on your own openness, engagement, and integration of the work between and after sessions. You are solely responsible for any decisions made in your personal, medical, financial, or legal life as a result of these Services.

Confidentiality, Client Conduct & Mutual Respect
Everything shared in session with Elizabeth Kirby Powell is held in strict confidence and will never be discussed outside the container of our work without your written permission.

In turn, Bee the Light Wellness's client relationships, referral network, business records, session materials, and methods of practice are proprietary to Bee the Light Wellness, LLC and are not shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third party, practitioner, or business — during a client's active engagement or after services have concluded. Clients agree not to request client contact information, referral lists, or internal business materials belonging to Bee the Light Wellness for their own use or on behalf of another practitioner or business.

Healing and energy work can surface deep emotions — including but not limited to anger, grief, and resentment — as part of the process; this is a normal and expected part of the "messy middle" of transformation. Clients are asked to bring any frustration, disappointment, or concern about their sessions directly and respectfully to Elizabeth Powell so it can be addressed openly, rather than allowing it to build unspoken. Bee the Light Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to any client who engages in disrespectful, abusive, or threatening conduct toward Elizabeth Powell, her staff, or her business.

Sessions and programs conclude with a closing/integration process rather than an abrupt stop, so that both the client's healing and the working relationship reach a clear and respectful completion.

Terms & Conditions Continued: Release of Liability
I AGREE TO RELEASE Elizabeth Kirby Powell AND Bee the Light Wellness LLC OF ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LEGAL OR OTHERWISE, FOR MYSELF OR OTHERS RELATED TO ME INCLUDING MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS, AS A RESULT OF ANYTHING ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATING IN REIKI HEALING SESSIONS, PAST LIFE REGRESSIONS, ORACLE READINGS, REIKI TRAININGS, OR ANY SERVICES LISTED ON BEETHELIGHTWELLNESS.COM WITH Elizabeth Kirby Powell. I FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT Elizabeth OFFERS IN REIKI SESSIONS AND ORACLE READINGS, OR ANY SERVICE, AND DON'T EXPECT HER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS. I ATTEND SESSIONS AND/OR ORACLE READINGS WITH Elizabeth Kirby Powell KNOWING THAT SHE OFFERS GUIDANCE, BUT THAT I AM FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING IF THAT GUIDANCE IS APPROPRIATE FOR MY NEEDS. I UNDERSTAND THAT Elizabeth Kirby Powell IS NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR, PSYCHOLOGIST, PSYCHIATRIST, OR A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER, AND THAT I MUST SEEK ALTERNATIVE COUNSELING OR TREATMENT OR GO TO MY DOCTOR OR THE HOSPITAL IF AT ANY TIME I FEEL I AM IN NEED OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR ANY REASON.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CONDITIONS THEREIN. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Elizabeth Kirby Powell AND Bee the Light Wellness, LLC AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION, AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST Elizabeth Kirby Powell AND/OR Bee the Light Wellness, LLC FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
