Reiki Practice Sessions & Mentorship

Service Description

These practice sessions with mentorship are designed to help both new and seasoned Reiki practitioners—of any lineage or teacher—fully embody the practice of Reiki and become confident in their natural abilities. It’s easy to become overly critical of ourselves or to believe we don’t know or feel enough. When we focus on what seems to be missing—whether it’s knowledge, sensitivity, or intuition—we can disconnect from the very passion that drew us to Reiki in the first place. These sessions are created to help you: 🌿 Recognize where you’re already excelling 🌿 Cultivate self-compassion and trust in your intuition 🌿 Regain focus and balance in your Reiki practice 🌿 Reignite the spark that inspired your Reiki journey Reiki doesn’t have to be complicated. Working with an experienced teacher and mentor can help you expand what you naturally do well while deepening your understanding of this beautiful healing art. With over five years and more than 1,000 hours of hands-on experience as both a practitioner and teacher, my heart’s desire is to see you grow in confidence and share Reiki’s healing energy with others. Session Format: Beforehand, we’ll take a few minutes to discuss your needs and goals. You’ll then offer a 45-minute Reiki session for me (can include questions), allowing you to practice and embody your flow. We’ll finish with 15 minutes of mentorship and feedback to help you integrate what you’ve learned and refine your practice.
