Imagine the feeling you get when someone you love hugs you. For just a moment, your shoulders drop, your heart softens, and you feel light from their touch. That’s the energy Reiki offers—except it’s amplified, intentional, and deeply healing.

Reiki flows through a practitioner's hands who has been attuned to this gentle healing energy. As it moves into your energy centers (Chakras), it helps restore balance, release what’s been weighing you down, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Reiki works across the physical, emotional, and mental levels—offering a deep sense of calm and wholeness.

How Does Reiki Work?
Reiki gently clears stress and emotional tension from your energy system—so your body can rest, restore, and heal. It’s a non-invasive, hands-on healing method that moves energy the same way acupuncture does (but without needles). You simply relax while I guide Divine healing light through your energy centers.

Where does Reiki energy come from?
Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. It flows from a divine, universal source—what some call God, Spirit, or Source energy. It is not my personal energy.

Is Reiki a religion?
Nope. Reiki is not tied to any religion or belief system. People of all backgrounds—including Christians, spiritual seekers, and those who don’t identify as religious—receive Reiki. It simply works with your body's natural energy system.

Do I absorb the practitioner’s energy?
No. As a Reiki practitioner, I serve as a channel for the energy—not the source. You are receiving pure healing energy, not mine.

I can’t meditate or turn off my brain. Can I still receive Reiki?

Yes—absolutely. You don’t need to quiet your mind or know how to meditate to benefit from Reiki.
As a Reiki Master, I gently guide your nervous system into a more relaxed state using calming techniques that work for you.
The goal isn’t to stop your thoughts—it’s to help your body feel safe enough to soften, so the energy can flow and healing can begin. Most clients are surprised by how peaceful they feel—even if their mind stays active
